  1. Preconditions for Returns & Exchanges

Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition.

Your return & exchange request can be submitted for the issues on quality, size and color only within 15 days of receiving your original order.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs returning your item. We advise to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance if the item is worth over $75.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy

If a product is DOA (damaged on arrival) or shipped incorrectly, please kindly contact our CS Support firstly before you sent it back. Cause it must be returned to the exact outbound warehouse for refund or exchange.

Do not sent it directly to the address on the parcel. Maybe it’s one of the carrier’s transit warehouse, and which is not correct.

Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date the shipping information shows you received.

Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

  1. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7– 12 business days after the items arrived the warehouse and test OK. (Note: Refunds will not include the shipping costs once it was shipped.)

If it has been longer than two weeks, please Contact Us.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

4.Precautions for return and exchange (Very important)

Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Any items in the Clearance Sale cannot be changed or returned.

Any items damaged after use cannot be changed or returned.

The customer will be responsible for the bellowing conditions,

  1. Loss and transport damage of the items.
  2. High tariff unable to clear customs.
  3. Address error unable to receive.
  4. Any other Uncontrollable situation unable to receive.

About Cancellation

  1. For money refund, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from orders cancelled after purchase but before shipment.  The refund will be credited back to your original payment account within a week. If you have any case, please contact [email protected]
  2. Order cannot cancel after shipment.

Shipping & Delivery depends on the method you choose:

Delivery Time

All MyNameNecklace products are personalized. Some items have longer production days than others. These details can be found on the product pages and throughout the checkout process.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at service@belindahl.com, stating reason for return.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $3.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to address provided to you via email.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a $3.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
